Beth Shoemaker joined the Rose staff late last year as a rare book cataloger. Before her work at Emory, Beth spent over two years as the catalog and resource access librarian at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA, where she performed original and complex cataloging for the library collections. Beth holds an MLIS degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as well as a DMA from the University of Oregon. She earned a bachelor’s degree in music performance from Oberlin College and a master’s degree in music from Arizona State University.
